Dispatch Times

 

Dispatch times for our engraved items are 3 - 4 working days and lasered products are 4 - 7 working days - this may be increased during busier times ie Christmas, (we can often bring this lead time forward so please Contact Us before placing your order to find out if this is possible). This is an estimate lead time and we cannot be held accountable for delays while in transit. Standard postage is sent Royal Mail 2nd Class with proof of postage, you can upgrade to 1st Class Signed For at checkout. The lead time is from when we receive all the required information to complete your order. If we are away and have an extended lead time it will be shown on our homepage. 

 

We can post items out in time for certain dates but cannot accept refunds if Royal Mail are late or loose your item. As per Royal Mail guidelines replacements will be sent 10 workings days after expected delivery date.  

 

Design Variations

 

Unless a specific design / layout / font is request we will process your order to the layout and font that we feel works best. Unless specified otherwise we will edit and remove backgrounds where we feel you would have the best engraving results. Therefore we cannot be held accountable if you are not happy with the end result.

 

Photos of your engraved items maybe be used for advertising unless specified otherwise. If you would prefer us not use your photos or photos of your engraved items, please contact us at time of purchase and we will make a note of on your order. Please note we take photos of all of our items for proof of engraving and for future reference should you have a query on your item.

 

We will copy and paste your chosen text from your email onto the engraved item, therefore we cannot be held accountable for any mistakes you made. 

 

The engraved images are only as good as the originals sent to us, if we feel that the image you have sent us is not suitable for engraving we will request that a new one is sent. You are welcome to send us your photo prior to purchase to check the suitability, we can advise it it will fit but we cannot always confirm engraving results

Please send the requested information at time of purchase so that your order is not delayed. Delivery lead time is from receipt of required information. 

Sizes are approximated.

 

All props, for example mugs, decorations, coasters, flowers etc are not included in the sale. Photos that show multiple items are for example only and each listing is for one item only.

Colours

 
Please note colours may vary - this is due to all computer monitors and phones displaying colours differently. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly in real life.

Aftercare for Sterling Silver Jewellery

Any Sterling Silver jewellery can tarnish over time, to keep your jewellery looking like new we would suggest you keep it in the gift box when you are not using it. If your item becomes tarnished, you can use a silver cleaning cloth to gently polish it. We would also suggest removing your jewellery before you come into contact with water and before bed.

Please note as the butterfly backs are small they are not recommended for newly pierced ears.


Refunds 

We will try to accommodate refunds/cancellations but if your product is personalised and has already been made we cannot except refunds (unless we have made a mistake). 

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your finished product please contact us, if we feel a refund is justified, refunds will only be provided once the product is returned to us. The buyer is responsible for the return postage and we recommend sending via a signed for service.

Please Note

  ***Under the EU Toy safety regulations act EN-71-1 our jewelry and all other products are not suitable to use as toys for children under 36 months. Please do not allow your children to play with or chew on them***
